It may seem overwhelming to create an exciting, informative web site from scratch, but the process is quite
simple, and you can be as involved as you want to be. |
| |

Call us at 503-222-1433 or e-mail dentistry@electroart.com to
request your consultation.
| |

We'll ask you to fill out a questionnaire that provides us with
information to understand your unique needs.
| |

We'll take your credit card number and expiration date - a $139
consultation fee will be charged to your card on the day of your
consultation. This fee covers one design and one copywriting
consultation, each lasting up to one hour in duration. This fee is
included in the total price of the web site package you choose.
| |

At the conclusion of the design consultation, we will send you an
estimate that outlines all the components of your site and the fees for
those services.
| |

Sign and send us the Agreement. We require a 50 percent non-refundable
retainer against the upcoming work at this point. Wešll bill your credit card number on file, contact you to confirm receipt of the Agreement and
find out the best time to schedule your copywriting consultation. You will then receive a detailed schedule of the work to be completed and a flow
chart for your site.

You'll be placed in our development queue upon receipt of your images,
photographs, logos and any reference material for the site.

After your copywriting consultation, our writer will prepare the copy
content for the site. We'll fax you a hardcopy as well as e-mail a word
document for your approval.

Simultaneously, our design team will prepare your design based on the
consultation. Wešll post the 1st page composition online for your review.

Once the composition is approved, our designers will finish your site.
Upon completion, we will upload a beta version of the site to our development server for you to review. You will have three days to provide
comments or final changes after the beta site is posted.

Any final changes will be made and then go through the final Quality
Assurance check. Finally, your site will be sent to your Internet Service Provider to be made available on the World Wide Web. Your site will be done!
We set deadlines within our team and with our clients so that we can focus on your site and produce the finished product to agreed specifications within a reasonable timeframe. If we do not receive a response from you by any of the predetermined deadlines, we will consider that no changes are requested and will continue to the next stage. We will be in regular contact with you via e-mail, phone and fax to let you know how your site is progressing. We encourage you to contact your design consultant with any ideas, comments or questions. |
